Delete your ThreadDash account

You can request deletion of your ThreadDash account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”.
2. Include the mobile number registered to your ThreadDash account.
3. We verify ownership with a one-time password sent to that number, then delete the account.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile (name, email, phone number), saved delivery addresses, wishlist, and app activity are permanently deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

What we keep

Records of completed orders, invoices, and payments are retained for the period required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law, then deleted. They are no longer linked to an active account.
